Training Management Information

To enhance the quality of training programs at YASHADA, an "Annual Program Calendar" is prepared each year, outlining the training programs scheduled throughout the year. The planning of these programs is done considering the availability of accommodation.
Based on accommodation availability, training programs are organized at DAC, MDC, and external locations. To ensure the continuity of training initiatives at YASHADA, both offline and online training methods are used. Training Manager conduct meetings from time to time to plan and coordinate the training programs.

Information

A committee has been appointed to maintain the quality of training programs. This committee operates under the chairmanship of the Additional Director General and Dean (Academics).
The committee works to ensure the quality of training programs by considering various aspects such as TNA (Training Needs Assessment), program design, topics covered, teaching methodology, and resource persons.
