Develop financial models for consultancy projects in association with partner institutions that may include revenue sharing

SoPs & templates for end-to-end life cycle of consultancy assignments

Repository of all products of consultancy projects & process them for copyright & IPR purposes

Mapping & inventory of various institutions engaged in research/education/training/policy-making in India & abroad to explore collaboration opportunities
Frame & process agreements/ engagement documents for entering partnership with various institutions
Tracking & monitoring of MoUs with partner institutions & serve as a single point of contact for them
