MDC Training

Training Types:-

1.Government & High-Level Institutional Trainings

Insert your text MDC regularly facilitates Government training programmes and policy-level workshops conducted by various State and Central Government departments. The Centre has also supported:

VIP-level training programmes.
National-level conferences.
Official consultations and workshops.

MDC ensures complete readiness of training halls, syndicate rooms, residential accommodation, dining arrangements, auditorium facilities, and outdoor event spaces to enable seamless execution of such high-level engagements

2.Corporate Training Programmes

In addition to government programmes, MDC extends its infrastructure and logistical support to corporate organizations for conducting:

Executive training programmes.
Capacity-building workshops.
Leadership development sessions.
Institutional retreats and seminars.

The residential and academic environment of the campus allows corporate participants to engage in focused learning and structured discussions.

3. Regulatory Authority Training Programmes

MDC has successfully supported and hosted training programmes for key regulatory and institutional bodies such as:

Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI).
Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB).
Ratan Tata Maharashtra State Skills University (RTMSSU).

These programmes include induction trainings, technical workshops, and specialized capacity-building sessions for designated officers and officials.

4. Module-Based Training Initiative

MDC has newly introduced a structured, module-based training programme titled:
Course on Principled Negotiation Tasks
This programme is designed to strengthen negotiation capabilities through a systematic learning framework that focuses on collaborative problem-solving, decision-making strategies, and outcome-oriented engagement techniques. The initiative reflects MDC’s continued effort to expand into competency-based training models aligned with contemporary administrative and institutional needs.
