The library has an extensive collection of books on various subjects, including Public Administration, Rural Development, Computers, Management, Gender Studies, Laws related to Women and Children, Aging, Self-Help Groups, Cooperative Movement, Social Justice, Finance, Administrative Laws, Human Rights, Environment, Disaster Management, Water Conservation, and Personality Development, among others.

Library Timings
To maximize its usage by trainees, Yashada officials, and guest members, the library remains open for 12 hours on working days.
The library hours are:
Monday to Friday: 9:15 AM to 8:00 PM
Closed on: Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays
Library Usage
The library is extensively used by trainees, Yashada officials, and guest members
Yashada officials are granted membership for the duration of their service
Trainees receive temporary membership during their training period and use the library for books and reference materials.
In the current year, 2,000 trainees have benefited from the library services.
Subscription-based Membership
Trainees who wish to continue their membership after completing training must pay:
₹500/- as a security deposit (refundable)
₹500/- as an annual membership fee
Guest members nominated by Yashada officials, out-of-state government officers, and select special government officials from Pune are also eligible for membership.
Infrastructure
The Yashada library is designed to be centrally accessible to all departments. Its strategic location near the Parambi entrance enhances accessibility and provides a unique identity to the facility.
