In 2010, the former Child Rights and Development Centre at YASHADA was transformed into the Human Development Centre, expanding the scope of its work. The primary functions of the Human Development Centre include research and training in the fields of education, health, and employment.
The centre operates on the principle of "From Analysis to Action." It collects and analyzes statistical data related to human development indicators and formulates policy-based action programs accordingly. The centre also identifies training needs as part of its core activities.
