  • To foster human development in the cooperative sector by delivering impactful training, advocating for progressive policies, conducting innovative research, providing professional consultancy, and facilitating the adoption of administrative and technological solutions.

  • Training Needs Analysis: To identify the specific requirements of the Cooperation, Marketing, and Textile departments.
  • Competency Mapping: To align characteristics of individual with the requirement of job and organization.
  • Custom Training Modules: To develop and deliver tailored training programs, emphasizing accessible content in English and Marathi.
  • Effective Implementation: To ensure successful delivery of training programs and evaluate outcomes for continuous enhancement.
  • Evaluation and Assessment: To monitor and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Governance Best Practices: To identify, document, and promote governance excellence in the cooperative sector.
  • Policy Advocacy: To recommend and advocate for reforms to strengthen cooperative institutions.
