Centre for Co-operative Training and Research (CCTR)

The objective is to foster human development in the cooperative sector by delivering impactful training, advocating for progressive policies, conducting innovative research, providing professional consultancy, and facilitating the adoption of administrative and technological solutions. It aims to identify the specific training needs of the Cooperation, Marketing, and Textile departments through a Training Needs Analysis and align individual competencies with job and organizational requirements through Competency Mapping.

Additionally, Custom Training Modules are developed and delivered, ensuring accessible content in both English and Marathi. The focus is also on Effective Implementation to ensure the successful delivery of training programs and continuous evaluation of outcomes for improvement. Evaluation and Assessment are conducted to monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives, while Governance Best Practices are identified, documented, and promoted to enhance governance in the cooperative sector. Through Policy Advocacy, reforms are recommended to strengthen cooperative institutions, and Consultancy Services offer expert advice and tailored solutions to cooperative organizations. Furthermore, Departmental Support is provided to the Cooperation, Marketing, and Textile departments to ensure targeted assistance and effective functioning.
