  • Training programs for recovery officers, focusing on legal and financial recovery mechanisms.
  • Specialized training on various acts and rules applicable to cooperative societies.
  • Programs on regulating and controlling money-lending practices.
  • Training for auditors enlisted on the panel for the statutory audit of cooperative societies.
  • State Training Policy (STP) programs, including foundation, refresher, post-promotion, post-transfer, and orientation training for personnel from the cooperative, marketing, and textile departments (e.g., JDRs, DDRs, ARs, and special auditors).
  • Training of Trainers (ToT) programs aimed at building internal capacity and expertise.
  • Workshops and outreach programs addressing emerging challenges and trends, including YASHADA-led initiatives.
Consultancy Services and Project
  • Providing consultancy service on training needs analysis (TNA), competency mapping, module development, digital and technological solutions, and evaluation services.
  • (Presently, successfully implementing the SMART Project for the Marketing Department, which includes conducting training needs analysis (TNA), designing training module, organizing training of trainers (ToT), preparing reading materials, organizing training courses for 1,600 participants, and evaluating training effectiveness at reaction, learning, Job behaviour, and organizational result level)
Policy Advocacy
  • Recommending data-driven policies for the betterment of cooperative organizations.
Research and Documentation
  • Conducting pure and applied (action-oriented) research to strengthen the cooperative sector.
  • Also, collecting and documenting success stories and lessons learned from failures within the cooperative sector.
Transfer of Technology
  • Facilitating the adoption of administrative and technological solutions.
