Project and Consultancy Services
  • Consultancy Services and Projects: Providing consultancy service on training needs analysis (TNA), competency mapping, module development, digital and technological solutions, and training evaluation services. Also providing consultancy services or undertake project on watershed/spring-shed technology.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Provided institutional monitoring and evaluation services to the Council for Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART), New Delhi, Government of India (GoI).
  • Presently, providing consultancy services to the Vasundhara State-Level Nodal Agency (VSLNA) in relation to the selection of DROs, PTOs and LRAs for Capacity Building, Monitoring and Evaluation (Mid-term and End-term) as well as on Spring-Shed Development.
Research and Documentation
  • Conducting pure and applied (action-oriented) research. Also, Collecting and documenting success stories and lessons learned from failures
Policy Advocacy
  • Recommending data-driven policies for the betterment. Provided guidance to more than fifteen ‘Ideal Villages’ in developing and managing their watersheds.
Transfer of Technology
  • Facilitating the adoption of administrative and technological solutions.
