Project and Consultancy Services

Consultancy Services and Projects: Providing consultancy service on training needs analysis (TNA), competency mapping, module development, digital and technological solutions, and training evaluation services. Also providing consultancy services or undertake project on watershed/spring-shed technology.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Provided institutional monitoring and evaluation services to the Council for Advancement of People’s Action and Rural Technology (CAPART), New Delhi, Government of India (GoI).
Presently, providing consultancy services to the Vasundhara State-Level Nodal Agency (VSLNA) in relation to the selection of DROs, PTOs and LRAs for Capacity Building, Monitoring and Evaluation (Mid-term and End-term) as well as on Spring-Shed Development.

Research and Documentation

Conducting pure and applied (action-oriented) research. Also, Collecting and documenting success stories and lessons learned from failures

Policy Advocacy

Recommending data-driven policies for the betterment. Provided guidance to more than fifteen ‘Ideal Villages’ in developing and managing their watersheds.
