National Academy of Defence Financial Management (NADFM), Pune is a Department of Personnel and Training (DOP&T) designated Central Training Institute (CTI) and is also the Apex Training Centre of the Defence Accounts Department (DAD). NADFM is mandated with skill upgradation and capacity building of Officers of the Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS) at various levels including IDAS Probationers. The Academy also conducts courses on various facets of Defence Financial Management for the officers of the Armed Forces, allied defence organizations like Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Military Engineering Service (MES) and other Defence Civilian Officers serving under the Ministry of Defence. NADFM and YASHADA have collaborated for the purpose of capacity building, research projects and sharing infrastructure and facilities and such other activities \ on the terms mutually agreed upon in various areas as follows.
