Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University) (SIU), established in 1978, SIBM Pune is one of the premier B-Schools in India and is consistently ranked among the top 10 B-Schools in the country. SIBM Pune is recognized for its excellence in academics and its valuable contributions to industry and society and students. SIBM Pune has been ranked 17th in Management category amongst all the B Schools in India by National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF), Government of India in 2023. The institute was also awarded 'Gold' Star by the QS Star University Rating 2018. SIBM Pune and YASHADA have collaborated for the purpose of capacity building, research projects and sharing infrastructure and facilities and such other activities (hereafter called as ‘activities’) on the terms mutually agreed upon in various areas as follows.
• Input of modern management theories and practices in the training of civil servants: To start with, YASHADA & SIBM will collaborate for a Foundation Program for Civil Servants, in accordance with / at par with the standards of the one conducted by LBSNAA, Mussoorie.
• Collaborative research in public sector management based on the common interest of both Institutes.
• Placement of students of SIBM on the projects and other activities of YASHADA through internship/ fellowship arrangements, as agreed upon mutually.
• Any other activity / program as may be mutually agreed upon in writing.
