National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur is the apex training Institution of the Officers of the Direct Taxes Administration in India. Apart from conducting the Induction training for the Officer Trainees of the Indian Revenue Service ‘IRS’, NADT also conducts a number of in-service courses for the middle to senior management level officials of the Income Tax Department. NADT and YASHADA have collaborated for the purpose of capacity building, research projects and sharing infrastructure and facilities and such other activities on the terms mutually agreed upon in various areas as follows.
• Training & Capacity Building: Organizing joint training programs, workshops, and seminars for NADT officers and trainees, and YASHADA officers and trainees. Facilitating faculty exchange and expert-led sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
• Joint Research & Academic Initiatives: Conducting joint research in taxation, law enforcement, public policy, public finance, management practices, and any subject of mutual interest. Undertaking joint sponsored research projects including case studies, white papers, and academic publications according to the following terms: Project proposals will be formulated jointly by the concerned faculty of the two parties.
• Knowledge & Resource Sharing: Collaborating in sharing information and insights about emerging trends and challenges in training methodology. Exchanging research materials, publications, and training resources. Enabling participation in conferences, symposia, and thought leadership events.
