A one-day Workshop on drafting the departmental Capacity Building Plan (CBP) was conducted at YASHADA, Pune, today, on 30th April 2026.
The workshop was jointly organized by the General Administration Department of the Government of Maharashtra, the Capacity Building Commission, New Delhi, and YASHADA, Pune. Senior officers from various departments of the State Government attended the event.
During the workshop, YASHADA’s Director General, Suhas Diwase, provided detailed guidance on the capacity building scenario. Deputy Director General Sachin Kalantre gave the overview of the Karmayogi Framework and the Capacity Building Commission.
Kalyani Gokhale, Head of the Digital Learning Lab at YASHADA, demonstrated how to prepare a departmental Capacity Building Plan using the AI tool of the iGOT platform. Accordingly, the participating officers carried out the process of preparing a Capacity Development Plan themselves on the iGOT platform.
A detailed report on the discussions held during the workshop will be sent to the Central Government through the General Administration Department. The recommendations and feedback will be presented at the conference to be held in May at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie.
The workshop, organized at short notice, was coordinated by Pradnya Dasarwar, Kiran Dhande, Shahuraj More, and other officers and staff.
