A meeting regarding the Maha e-HRMS system was held at YASHADA on 19 May 2026 under the chairpersonship of Smt. V. Radha, Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department. During the meeting, Dr. Suhas Diwase, Director General of YASHADA, presented information about YASHADA’s ERP and LMS systems. Discussions were held regarding the integration of these systems with the Maha e-HRMS system developed by the General Administration Department. Smt. Neeta Shinde, Joint Secretary, along with her colleagues from the General Administration Department, was also present on the occasion.

During the visit, Smt. Radha interacted with the senior officers of YASHADA. Since she had previously served as Deputy Director General at YASHADA, her contributions and achievements during her tenure were fondly recalled.

She also emphasized the importance of focusing on qualitative work rather than merely quantitative outcomes. Smt. Radha also specially interacted with the trainee officers of the 2025 batch of the Indian Administrative Service undergoing training at YASHADA. On this occasion, Shri Shekhar Gaikwad, Additional Director General; Shri Sachin Kalantre, Deputy Director General and Registrar; Smt. Mrunalini Sawant, Associate Professor; Shri Shahuraj More, Assistant Professor; Smt. Kalyani Gokhale, Head of the Digital Learning Lab; Smt. Pragya Dasarwar, Head of the Research Department; along with other senior officers of YASHADA, were present.
