CoE LAM, YASHADA, Pune CoE LAM at YASHADA, Pune successfully conducted One-day land acquisition workshop for 7 districts from Maharashtra, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh today i.e. 25th July, 2025. The workshop was sponsored by Department of Personnel and Training. The workshop had sessions on various topics such as Provisions of LARR Act, Land acquisition procedure as per the LARR Act, Challenges in Time Bound Land Acquisition & Solutions, Administrative & Economic Repercussions of Delay in Land Acquisition, and Engaging with Stakeholders in the process of land acquisition. The workshop had active discussion on case studies, best practices and cases of failures in land acquisition across the country. Deputy Director General, YASHADA Shri Sachin Kalantre, IAS participated and provided valuable guidance during the workshop.
