A training session on “Artificial Intelligence (AI)” was organized today, i.e., 14 May 2026, for all officers and employees of the YASHADA family.

Under the visionary initiative of Dr. Suhas Diwase, Director General of YASHADA, a series of sessions on various subjects is being planned to strengthen the capacities of officers and staff at YASHADA. As part of this initiative, the first session was conducted today at the CIT Computer Lab by Kalyani Gokhale, Head, Digital Learning Lab, YASHADA.

The session was attended by Director General Dr. Diwase, Deputy Director General and Registrar Sachin Kalantre, Professor Pournima Gaikwad, Financial Advisor Inamdar Madam, along with officers and employees of YASHADA.

During the session, guidance was provided on topics such as the AI ecosystem, Prompt Engineering, and the responsible and ethical use of AI. In addition, demonstrations of certain facilitation techniques were presented. The session also marked the beginning of efforts towards formulating a policy for the use of AI within YASHADA.

It is hoped that this session will prove beneficial in promoting the effective, responsible, and ethical use of AI in the day-to-day functioning of YASHADA.
